Can I return my order?

Yes you can return your item. We accept returns that reach us within 15 days from the date of delivery with a valid Order Reference Number. Please email to to let us know that you wish to return the product(s) with your invoice number. We will acknowledge the return within 2 working days and after which, you may proceed to return the items (please refer to 'How do I return my items?' below). Returned items must be unused, unopened in the original condition and packaging. Goods that are opened are not allowed for returns for hygiene purposes. Delivery fees for returns will be fully absorbed by customer. Customer can either choose our courier services here: or they can arrange for their own courier service.



Can I exchange my purchase?

Yes, we allow exchanges for individual items only, excluding items in a bundle. Delivery fees will be fully adsorbed by the customer. You can either choose our courier services here: or arrange for your own courier services.



How will my returns be reimbursed?

You'll receive a store credit voucher equivalent to the purchase value into your PIGEON account within 15 days from the date we receive the item. Credit voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable and has a 3 months validity period.   

What is Store Credit? How do I use it?

Store credit is credit that you can use towards the purchase of an item from our Site. It comes in the form of an electronic voucher. Store credit is valid for 3 months from its date of issue. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-extensible and non-transferable.

Any unused value in a store credit voucher will remain in your account and can be applied to your next order.

How do I return / exchange my item?

To ship an item back to us, 

  1. Print out your invoice or write down your invoice number on paper
  2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box and seal it.
  3. Mail your return with your preferred choice of carrier to or opt for our courier option here: on

What happens if I returned an item that is not eligible for returns?

We'll drop you and email once your order is being processed. There will be a re-delivery fee for the item to be returned to you only our re-delivery options are available.
