    Our customer service is still available to support you during this period. However in the case where special services are required i.e testing of products, this might not be possible due to the regulations. However, do contact our customer service to find out more on how this can be arranged.
  • Where can I find PIGEON products?
    You can find PIGEON products at the major departmental stores, baby specialty stores and supermarkets. Our full range of products can be found at TAKASHIMAYA Departmental Store 391-A Orchard Road, Level 4, Baby Department. Other baby specialty stores and supermarkets include Baby Kingdom, Isetan, Kiddy Palace, Mother Care, Mother's Work, NTUC Fair Price, Robinson, Tom & Stefanie, Metro and OG.
  • When is your next baby fair or breastfeeding seminar?
    You can check out our next baby fair or breastfeeding events at https://pigeon-sg.myshopify.com/pages/events . Our social media accounts are updated more frequently so do follow us to get instant updates when we post the next event.
  • Do you offer repair services for electrical items?
    We do not have repair services at the moment. If your electrical item has stopped working and your warranty is still valid, you may call our customer service hotline for after-sales appointment.
  • Do you have bottle trade-in? / When is your next bottle trade-in? / Where can I trade-in PIGEON bottles?
    Yes we do bottle trade-in. Bottle trade-in usually happens at our baby fairs. For more accurate details, we share it on our Facebook and Instagram when it's closer to the date of event.
  • How long is the warranty period for PIGEON breast pumps?
    All PIGEON Electric Breast Pumps come with 15 months warranty period covering the motor unit only. Kindly retain the original purchase receipt and a copy of the warranty card to qualify for the warranty.
  • Can I register my warranty online? Where can I register my warranty?

  • Do you sell spare parts? Where can I purchase them?
    Yes, we sell spare parts on our E-shop. Alternatively, you may visit our retail store at Takashimaya Level 4. For retail sale, all spare parts are upon stocks availability. We recommend you to contact our Customer Service Department at 6541 1700 to check on stocks availability before going down to avoid any disappointment.
