Upon order confirmation, your order will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2 business working days. Thereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes.
We do not deliver to P.O boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore as deliveries will require a signature upon delivery and we want to ensure that the parcel is delivered to the right people.
Yes we deliver on Saturdays (excluding public holidays) from 9am to 6pm. Simply indicate your preferred timeslot by selecting the weekend delivery option upon checkout.

Yes, the re-delivery charges will be fully absorbed by customer if they fail to receive their parcels after 3 delivery attempts. Parcels will be returned to PIGEON if the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful. To retrieve your parcel, you can

No, we don’t offer international deliveries at the moment but we're working on it! We only do domestic (Singapore) deliveries at the moment.
the parcel will be returned to PIGEON. For us to dispatch your order to you again, re-delivery fees will be chargeable and re-delivery timeslots are only available the next working day.
We will keep the parcel for 8 weeks and if the parcel is not retrieved, it will be forfeited without refund.
